Artist’sStatement
I believe imagination and creativity are gifts bestowed at birth. I also believe we must honor these gifts by sharing them with others.
First and foremost, I am a colorist. It is exciting to me to play various colors against one another for a myriad of results, some of which can actually uplift our spirit.
I use several different painting techniques; that keeps it interesting for me. Sometimes my lines are precise and exact, and at other times I paint with loose, expressive movement. Abstract art is as much about the process of doing a painting as it is the end result.
Sharing my passion is a pleasure, and if someone else connects to one of my pieces, then it is a bonus for us both.
